What Stage 5 produces

Stage 5 assembles everything confirmed in the earlier stages into the Collective Drift Map: a single document with the Collective Leadership Field, the coverage reading, the dyads and the drift, each supported by the evidence it came from.

Run the stage

  1. 1

Read the map end to end with the team, section by section.

  2. 2

Edit any statement that does not describe the team.

Open the evidence disclosure under a statement to see what it was drawn from.

  3. 3

Rebuild a section if the team wants a fresh reading.

Result: The rebuilt section returns to review rather than being auto-accepted.

  4. 4

When the whole map reads true, move to approval.

Result: Approval unlocks the export and opens the Protocol.

The PDF stays locked until the team approves the map.

What good looks like

  • No statement in the map is still in its drafted wording if the team disagreed with it.
  • The team would be comfortable reading the map aloud to someone outside the team.
