Read the drift

Drift is shown against a ghost of the team's baseline: where the team sits when unpressured, and where it moves to when pressure is on. The arrows are the finding, not the positions.

Run the stage

1. 1

   Open Stage 4 and describe the movement plainly, without interpretation.

2. 2

   Ask the team what the last period of pressure actually looked like.

   Match the story to the arrows.

3. 3

   Ask what the team wants to be true instead.

   Result: This answer feeds the Protocol's intent and pressure stages.

4. 4

   Edit the drift reading and confirm the stage.

   Result: Stage 5 opens.

What good looks like

• The team owns the drift as a pattern rather than an accusation.
• One or two things the team wants to change are written down.
