Name what happens between two orientations when they meet under load.

Before you start
- Stage 2 confirmed.
What a dyad shows
Each dyad takes two orientations present in the team and describes the loop they fall into under load — what each does, how the other reads it, and where it ends.
Work through the pairs the team recognises. Skip the ones it does not; recognition is the filter.
Run the stage

Open Stage 3 and read the first dyad aloud.

Ask: have we been in this loop in the last month?
If nobody can place it, move on.

For recognised dyads, name the trigger and the exit.
- 4
Edit the wording, then confirm the stage.
Result: Stage 4 opens.
Keep the discussion at behaviour, not character. The loop belongs to the pair of orientations, not to two named people.
What good looks like
- At least one dyad is recognised with a real example attached.
- Nobody leaves the stage cast as the problem.
