Approve and publish the Collective Drift Map

The approval gate, what changes after it, and how to rebuild the map if evidence changes.

Review before approving

  1. 1

Read every generated statement with the team present.

  2. 2

Edit anything that does not describe the team accurately.

  3. 3

Confirm the map section by section, then mark it team-approved.

Collective Drift Map approval controls
The approval controls sit at the end of the report body.

After approval

Approval unlocks the export and opens the Collective Efficacy Protocol. The approved wording becomes the team's shared language for the Protocol stages.

Rebuilding after new evidence

If more members complete the diagnostic, the map can be rebuilt. A rebuild returns the map to review so the team approves the new reading rather than inheriting it.
