The boundary between individual results and collective outputs, stated plainly.
Individual results stay with the individual
Nobody other than the participant sees their diagnostic answers or their personal interpretation. Admins and facilitators see completion state only.
Collective outputs are aggregate
Team artefacts are built from patterns across the team and from statements the team itself confirms. The team consents to that use before the collective stages open.
Retention
Records are retained rather than deleted, so completed work stays readable. Access is controlled by account state: deactivated and archived accounts cannot sign in.
