Where to find payment records, how failed payments behave, and what a refund changes.
Find your payment records
Purchases, invoice requests and their state are listed in the admin billing area, alongside the licence each one provisioned.
Failed and retried payments
A transient payment failure does not remove access. Entitlements track the paid-through date, so a retry that succeeds keeps everything continuous.
Refunds
A refund releases unused entitlement. Completed diagnostics and approved team artefacts stay readable, because the work was done.
