Team leads and facilitators
Informed team consent explained
What the team is agreeing to before any collective output is produced, and why it is asked.
What consent covers
Collective outputs are built from aggregate patterns across the team. Consent is the team's explicit agreement that those aggregate patterns may be used in a shared, named-team artefact.
Individual answers and individual reports are never shared with the team, the facilitator or an admin.
How it is collected
- 1
Each member is asked in-app before the collective stages open.
- 2
Members can read exactly what is used before agreeing.
- 3
The stages stay closed until the team's consent threshold is met.

If someone declines
Their individual report remains theirs and stays intact. The collective work waits until the team resolves the position together — a facilitation conversation, not a system override.
