Licences, seats and what a purchase unlocks
How seats are consumed and released, and what expiry does to an alignment in progress.
How seats work
A licence carries a number of places. Inviting a person takes a place; removing an invitation that was never accepted returns it. A completed diagnostic holds its place permanently, which is what keeps the report readable.
What each purchase unlocks

A personal profile unlocks one diagnostic and its interpretation for one person.

A Team Alignment unlocks the diagnostic for the team plus the environment stages, the Collective Drift Map and the Protocol.

An organisation licence covers multiple alignments within the same organisation.
Expiry
An expired licence stops new invitations and new alignments. Work already completed stays readable and exportable, so nothing a team produced is lost.
