Team leads and facilitators
What a Team Alignment is and what it includes
The full arc: individual diagnostics, Map Your Leadership Environment, the Collective Drift Map and the Collective Efficacy Protocol.
The arc
A Team Alignment takes a leadership team from individual insight to a shared way of leading. Everyone completes the diagnostic, the team maps the leadership environment it creates together, approves a Collective Drift Map, then builds a Collective Efficacy Protocol.
- 1
Individual diagnostics: every member completes the instrument.
- 2
Map Your Leadership Environment: five facilitated stages.
- 3
Collective Drift Map: the team-approved publication of what it found.
- 4
Collective Efficacy Protocol: five stages that turn the map into agreed behaviour.

Who does what
One person leads the alignment. They invite the team, watch completion, and move the group through the stages. Every member contributes; nothing is published until the team confirms it.
Time to allow
Allow 30 minutes per person for the diagnostic, then two to three facilitated sessions for the environment stages and two for the Protocol. The stage rail keeps the group oriented between sessions.
