Read your Leadership Interpretation
What Signature, Range and pressure movement mean, and how to use the evidence layers.
Start with your primary orientation
The interpretation opens with your primary orientation: the archetype you reach for first. It describes a pattern of behaviour, not a personality type or a ceiling.

Read Range next
Range is what you actually enacted, not what you prefer. A wide range with a strong signature reads differently from a narrow range with the same signature, and the interpretation names that difference directly.
Then read pressure
Under pressure most leadership behaviour narrows. The interpretation names the direction of that narrowing so you can watch for it and choose differently in the moment.
Open the evidence layers
Each claim can be expanded to show the responses it rests on. Use the evidence layer whenever a reading surprises you — it is the fastest way to test a statement against your own answers.
